Mr. Agee, the Superintendent of Sulphur Public Schools in Oklahoma, wrote to Senator Dewey Bartlett expressing concern about H.R. 9810, a bill that would change Title III of the impact aid law. The bill has been reported out of the House Subcommittee and is expected to be considered by the Full Committee soon. Senator Bartlett assured Mr. Agee that his concerns about the provisions pertaining to Impact Aid will be taken into consideration when the bill reaches the Senate.
