The letter from Kenneth E. Black expresses concern about the commitment of government agencies to produce houses for Indian people in Oklahoma. Dewey F. Bartlett responds, thanking Black for his correspondence and stating that he will discuss the concerns with the Secretary of HUD. Black expresses appreciation for the housing hearings held by Bartlett's staff and committee, and assures continued monitoring of government activities to improve housing for Indian people in Oklahoma.
