A resolution adopted by the Inter-Tribal Council of the Five Civilized Tribes in 1974, expressing support for the Mutual Help Housing Program for rural and Indian communities. The resolution opposes the proposed legislation to replace the program with a new one called "Section 23" leased housing, and urges the Oklahoma Delegation of Congress to support and continue the Mutual Help Housing Program.
