The United Indian Tribes of Western Oklahoma and Kansas are requesting confirmation from HUD regarding commitments made during a hearing held on February 12, 1976. They are seeking funds for audits of Housing Authorities, a reduction in processing time for Indian houses, an increase in units under ACC, and regular meetings with Tribal representatives to address various issues. They are also advocating for equal consideration in Community Development funding and elimination of discriminatory provisions.
