A response to audit findings regarding Johnson-O'Malley contracts between the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the Oklahoma State Department of Education. The State Department of Education explains their rationale for certain costs associated with non-Indian student participation in JOM funded special programs and presents changes to the State Plan in response to audit findings. They also commend the auditing team for their professionalism.
