Curtis Canard of Tulsa, Oklahoma is having difficulties getting his business proposal reviewed and approved for a loan guarantee by the Bureau of Indian Affairs. He had previously applied for a loan with the Small Business Administration, which was declined. The American Indian National Bank approved the loan, pending the BIA guarantee. Canard is seeking assistance from Senator Dewey Bartlett to expedite the approval process.
