A telegram informing Mr. F. Nicholson about the appointment of Dr. Raymond D. Higgins as Chief Surgeon at the Talihina Indian Hospital. Dr. Higgins, a 38-year-old Army veteran and graduate of Vermont Medical School, will be leaving his home in Maine to report to Talihina within a week. He will fill a long-standing need for a qualified chief surgeon at the hospital.
