Mrs. Etha L. Woolworth, an employee at Jones Academy, was offered a transfer to Carter Seminary but declined due to personal reasons. Despite her refusal, she was informed that the transfer would proceed, leading to a disagreement with her supervisors. Congressman Carl Albert intervened on her behalf to try and resolve the situation. Ultimately, Mrs. Woolworth was transferred to Carter Seminary against her wishes, but it was done in the interest of the service.
