In this exchange of letters between Honorable Floyd E. Maytubby, Governor of the Chickasaw Nation, and Honorable Carl Albert, M.C., they discuss the possibility of securing an appropriation for the purchase of coal deposits from the Choctaws and Chickasaws. Maytubby expresses his concerns and seeks information on the progress of the appropriation during the special session of Congress. Albert assures Maytubby that he is working on securing the appropriation and will update him on any developments.
