The Bureau of Indian Affairs received a letter regarding the extension of the Indian Road between Talihina and Red Oak to connect with Highway 82 at Require. Congressman Albert is interested in the project and is working to study the matter and find a way to make it happen. The Bureau of Indian Affairs is restricted in their road program due to the amount of Indian land available, but they are looking into the justification and proposal for financing the road. The Congressman's office is seeking suggestions on how to secure funds for the project.
