Mr. Edgar McGee from Wilburton, Oklahoma, wrote to Congressman Carl Albert inquiring about the next per capita payment before Christmas. The response from the Congressman's office indicated that the payment would not begin until after the first of the year. The letter also mentioned that the payment process could be expedited due to updated records. The response assured Mr. McGee that the Congressman's office is available for further assistance.
