Susan Nahashe, a Sac and Fox Allottee, died in 1901. She had two marriages and two children from her second marriage, William Nahashe and Emma Nahashe. At the time of her death, her children were her sole heirs. The law applicable to the distribution of her estate states that if the decedent leaves no surviving spouse but leaves issue, the estate goes to the children in equal shares. The estate records show the disposition of her lands and the heirs entitled to her estate.
