The Marshall County Chickasaw Tribal Council has passed a resolution expressing gratitude to Governor Overton James for his leadership and service to the Chickasaw tribe and recommending his reappointment. Congressman Carl Albert has acknowledged the resolution and also recommended Governor James's reappointment. The resolution will be sent to various officials and a copy will be presented to Governor James.
