The Chickasaw Housing Authority in Ada, Oklahoma expressed concerns about delays in construction and the inability to cancel contracts with underperforming contractors. The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is reviewing the issue and taking steps to ensure projects proceed on schedule.
