The Principal Chief of the Choctaw Nation, Harry J. W. Belvin, expresses gratitude to Speaker Carl Albert for his continued support and interest in the affairs of the Indian people in Oklahoma. Belvin apologizes for not being able to attend a recent meeting due to his wife's illness, but assures Speaker Albert of his willingness to reciprocate support.
