Wilma Victor called about the Choctaw elections and Creek problem, they are proceeding with the Choctaw elections despite dissension from a militant group. Freedmen cannot be omitted from voting in Creek elections by law. Wilma wants to know if Mr. Albert has strong feelings about this and asked to be called. She also contacted Congressman Edmondson's office about this issue.
