The letter is from Page Belcher, a Member of Congress, to Charles Narcomey regarding the Chilocco Indian School. Belcher has been in contact with the Bureau of Indian Affairs regarding the school and the possibility of contracting with a private organization for its operation. Belcher is keeping Narcomey informed and assures him that he will do everything possible to keep the school.
