The text consists of a series of correspondence between various individuals regarding the appointment of Thomas J. Ellison as the Area Director at the Muskogee Area Office of the Bureau of Indian Affairs. The Choctaw-Chickasaw Alliance passed a resolution opposing his appointment and informed Governor Hall about their concerns. William B.
