The text is a series of letters between Congressman Page Belcher, the Bureau of Indian Affairs, and Mr. Stephen Johnson of the Senior High Youth Group at First United Methodist Church. Mr. Johnson requested information about Indian reservations in Oklahoma that his group could assist during their Easter vacation. The Bureau of Indian Affairs informed that there are no reservations in Oklahoma but suggested contacting small rural communities with a high population of full-blood Indians. Congressman Belcher facilitated communication between Mr. Johnson and the Bureau of Indian Affairs to provide the necessary information.
