The text is a series of letters between Mr. Solomon Roberts and Congressman Carl Albert regarding the rights and benefits of the Choctaw Indian Tribe. Mr. Roberts expresses concerns about the Choctaw Termination Act and requests assistance from Congressman Albert. Congressman Albert assures Mr. Roberts of his support and willingness to help the Choctaw Tribe.
