The U.S. Department of Labor is requesting additional information from the Cheyenne-Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma regarding their intent to act as a prime sponsor of Indian Employment and Training programs under the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act of 1973. The tribes have been authorized to receive an increase in funding for their programs and are provided with instructions on how to implement the increase. They are also given guidelines on how to plan and allocate their funds for both Title II and Title VI programs. The tribes are advised to carefully follow regulations and guidelines to ensure proper utilization of the funds.
