The Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribal Council is taking steps to secure the release of funds for the CETA program for FY 1979. They have established an advisory board to administer the program with the assistance of MidAmerican Consulting Service. They are requesting support from Congressman Glenn English to help make the program successful and urge him to intercede with the Department of Labor on their behalf. Congressman Glenn English acknowledges receipt of their mailgram and prospectus and assures them that progress on the proposal will be monitored.
