Congressman Glenn English received requests for assistance from Juanita L. Learned, Chairperson of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma, regarding the availability of resources for Clinton Indian Hospital and the use of Comprehensive Employment and Training Act (CETA) funds. Responses from the U.S. Department of Labor and the Department of Health and Human Services address the concerns raised by the tribes and assure that the matter will be given careful attention. The Department of Health and Human Services also explains the actions taken by the Oklahoma City Area Office of the Indian Health Service in response to budget constraints.
