The U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration is sending out FY 1987 Consultation Cooperative Agreement packages to states. There is a new 20% cap on indirect costs for funding, and changes in budget details, personnel identification, and performance data are noted. The budget request includes a restoration of previous reductions and a 3.7% increase for mandatory costs.
