A letter from WB Johnston Grain Company's Chairman of the Board, Lew Meibergen, addressed to U.S. House Representative Glenn English, expressing concerns about the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's regulation classifying wheat, oats, and barley dust as hazardous materials. Meibergen believes the regulation goes too far, will be costly to comply with, and requests Congress to readdress the issue.
