Glenn English, a member of Congress from Oklahoma, is writing to Ms. Ruth Knight of O.S.H.A. on behalf of Oklahoma grain dealers who have concerns about proposed changes to grain handling facilities. He is enclosing letters from the dealers expressing their objections and urges Ms. Knight to carefully consider these concerns during the evaluation process.
