Glenn English, a member of Congress from the 6th District of Oklahoma, wrote a letter to Ms. Ruth Knight at O.S.H.A. regarding concerns from Oklahoma grain dealers about proposed changes to grain handling facilities. He enclosed letters from the dealers expressing objections and urged Ms. Knight to carefully consider their concerns.
