Ruth Bith, manager of the Oklahoma State Employment Service in Clinton, is writing to Honorable Glenn English to express her opposition to proposed changes in fringe benefits for Oklahoma SESA employees. She argues that the current benefits are important due to lack of salary increases and high medical costs, and changing them could lead to dissatisfaction and increased turnover among staff. She urges English to prevent the proposed changes from happening.
