Glenn English, a member of Congress from the 6th District of Oklahoma, received a letter from Frank Barnett regarding the proposed Standard Tender of Freight Service. English contacted officials of the Office of Management and Budget about the issue and promised to provide Barnett with a final response. English thanked Barnett for providing the information and offered further assistance if needed.
