The letter is a response to Paul E. Chase's inquiry about the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission proposal for a Cost-of-Living adjustment. Congressman English is currently in Oklahoma but will be contacting Mr. Chase about the matter when he returns to Washington. Sharon Pursley, a staff assistant to Congressman English, assures Mr. Chase that he will be contacted soon.
