John H. Mitchell wrote to Congressman Glenn English regarding his interest in the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission (OESC) proposal for a Cost-of-Living adjustment. Congressman English contacted Secretary of Labor F. Ray Marshall to review the proposal and promised to provide an update once a response is received. John H. Mitchell expressed his need for an increase in retirement checks and requested Congressman English's assistance in advocating for this issue.
