Mrs. Gladys F. Armstrong wrote to Representative Glenn English regarding the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission's proposal for a Cost-of-Living adjustment. Representative English responded, informing her that the matter is being reviewed by the Secretary of Labor. He assured her that he will keep her informed of any updates on the issue. Mrs. Armstrong emphasized the need for the cost of living increase for retirees and requested Representative English's favorable consideration.
