Mrs. Juanita Whittenburg wrote to Congressman Glenn English requesting a cost of living raise for Oklahoma Employment Security Commission employees, some of whom are retired and struggling financially. Congressman English responded, indicating that he had contacted the Secretary of Labor about the issue and promised to update Mrs. Whittenburg on any developments.
