Congressman Glenn English received a letter from Secretary of Labor Raymond Donovan regarding the funding for the Human Resources Development Institute (HRDI). Donovan has decided to fund HRDI at the requested level of $1.4 million for the remainder of Fiscal Year 1983. Congressman English is pleased with this decision and encourages Mr. Joe Johnson, President of the Oklahoma State AFL-CIO, to contact him in the future with any other issues of interest or concern.
