Mr. Schneller is interested in establishing an architectural drafting school for Indian people in Oklahoma. He seeks advice from Senator Harris on how to finance the school and whether the Indian community would be receptive to the idea. Senator Harris suggests contacting the Bureau of Indian Affairs for financing and believes the idea would be well-received.
