Howard J. Whitehill, President of The Whitehill Oil Corporation, expresses gratitude to Hon. George B. Schwabe for excluding funds for the Oolagah Dam project from the rivers and harbors bill. Whitehill opposes the dam's construction due to its potential impact on their oil development projects in the area. He thanks Schwabe for his efforts on behalf of northeastern Oklahoma citizens and looks forward to seeing him in Tulsa.
