Mrs. Minnie McNeill wrote a letter to Congressman George B. Schwabe expressing her concern about a new law that restricts the mailing of medicine for epileptic patients. She shares the story of her sister who has been taking medicine from a Western medical company since 1920 and has found relief from seizures. Congressman Schwabe responds sympathetically, stating that he will do everything he can to ensure justice prevails for those affected by the new law.
