The document is a letter from George B. Schwabe to Morris W. Turner discussing their agreement on reducing the appropriation for public housing and the need for a moratorium on further public housing until a complete investigation is conducted. Schwabe assures Turner that he will vote against socialistic public housing and appreciates Turner's support. Turner had sent a telegram complimenting the Committee on reducing the appropriation and expressing the need to cut out waste of taxpayers' money.
