The Ladies Auxiliary of Rosol-Dul Unit No. 359 is writing to Congressman George B. Schwab to thank him for passing Public Law 692 which established the National Institute of Neurological Diseases and Blindness. They are requesting an appropriation of eight million dollars for the Institute in the 1953 budget to support research, fellowships, training, and other vital purposes for the 20 million people suffering from neurological and sensory disorders.
