The Governor of Oklahoma, George Nigh, sent a letter of protest to the Department of Labor regarding the eligibility of CET, Inc. for funding in Oklahoma. The letter states that CET, Inc. did not meet the pre-application conditions and failed to submit necessary documents. Governor Nigh recommends that CET, Inc. be declared ineligible for funding and supports ORO Development Corporation as the grantee instead. The letter also includes a certificate from the Secretary of State of Oklahoma confirming that CET, Inc. is not authorized to transact business in the state.
