Mr. Raymond Gardner wrote a letter to Hon. Carl Albert requesting information on where to obtain a Choctaw dictionary. Albert responded, informing Gardner that the dictionaries are no longer available from the Department of Etymology or the Indian Office. Gardner had mentioned that he needed the dictionary for church charter work and was having difficulty finding one. Albert expressed regret that he could not be of more help and suggested trying to purchase one if possible.
