Mr. McIntosh inquires about the possibility of an Indian per capita payment for the year. Carl Albert, a member of Congress, responds that the claims of the Choctaws and Chickasaws have been completed and there is nothing pending before the Indian Claims Commission. He assures Mr. McIntosh of his willingness to help in any way.
