The letter from Mr. R. S. Doenges, President of the Miami Chamber of Commerce, to Honorable George B. Schwabe, House of Representatives, requests assistance in expediting the approval of a building for the Health Department in Ottawa County. The application has not yet been received by the Federal Works Agency, and there is a deadline of July 1st for approval. Mr. Schwabe contacts the agency on behalf of the Chamber of Commerce and informs them of a bill in the House that may provide an extension for such projects. Mr. Doenges expresses the urgency of the situation and requests Mr. Schwabe's help in getting the application approved.
