The text is a series of letters written by George B. Schwabe, M.C. to various individuals in Oklahoma and Kansas, informing them that their applications for fish have been forwarded to the Department of the Interior, Fish and Wildlife Service in Chicago, and that shipment of the fish should be made within a short time.
