The text is a series of letters written by George B. Schwabe, M.C. to various individuals in Oklahoma and Kansas, informing them that their applications for fish have been forwarded to the Department of the Interior, Fish and Wildlife Service in Chicago, and that shipment of the fish should be made within a short time. Schwabe requests that the recipients notify him if they do not receive the fish within two to three weeks, and also provide feedback on the condition of the fish once they arrive. He expresses his hope that the recipients will have the best of luck with the fish.
