George B. Schwabe, a member of the House of Representatives, is requesting information on the number of boxholders on rural routes that extend into Oklahoma from various post offices in Arkansas, Missouri, and Kansas. He sends letters to the Superintendent of Post Office Service, Division Four in Washington, D.C., requesting this information. The Superintendent replies with the requested information, except for Baxter Springs, Kansas, which is not available at the time. The correspondence takes place in February 1945.
