The text is a telegram from Joe C. Scott, President of the State Board of Agriculture in Oklahoma City, to Honorable George Schwabe in Washington, D.C. Scott is informing Schwabe about the adjustment of the strawberry ceiling price and requesting his help in raising price ceilings on agricultural commodities in Oklahoma that were damaged by adverse weather conditions. Scott believes that price ceilings should be determined by producing areas rather than competing areas. He also mentions that Arkansas is in a similar situation.
