George B. Schwabe, a member of Congress, is writing to Bernard Goodkind, Chief Counsel of the Distribution Price Branch of the Office of Price Administration, to address concerns about discrepancies and discriminations in OPA regulations regarding mark-downs and close-out sales of ladies' apparel.
