The Office of Price Administration received a complaint from the Tulsa Chamber of Commerce regarding cattle unable to find a market in Tulsa due to the Slaughterer's Quota Control Program. Despite some challenges at the end of the month, there is enough meat in Tulsa to meet rationing demands and a larger supply than the national average. Black market operators have been active, but efforts are being made to crack down on them. The program is essential and should not be relaxed.
