The letter from SCHWABE COL acknowledges the receipt of a letter from Loose-Wiles Biscuit Company regarding a provision in Senate Bill 1270 that would allow the Secretary of Agriculture to contract for Cuban Sugar crop one year in advance. The letter states that the provision was deleted from the bill by the Senate and the House did not have the opportunity to act on it.
