C.J. Dugan, owner of Dugan's Appliances and Furniture in Nowata, Oklahoma, writes a letter to George B. Schwabe, a member of the House of Representatives, thanking him for his assistance in a matter with the Office of Price Administration. Schwabe had contacted Eads Bros. and obtained information for Dugan regarding an adjustment charge on merchandise. The Office of Price Administration confirms that Dugan's can add the adjustment charge to their prices. Schwabe also sends a telegram to Dugan with instructions on how to add the adjustment charge.
